Playing Catch Up!

It's been a while since my last post (starting back to school has put me behind)!  Here are some photos from the last couple of weeks.

 Ben got his very first gun from Uncle Eric and Aunt Mandi...he was pretty excited!

 

 His "big boy bike"...notice the gun, holster, and John Deere boots...only thing missing are his pants!

 

 Enjoying his cupcake (I'm not sure he even ate the cake...there was so much icing on it, he couldn't find the cake)!

 

 It had been several months since we'd seen Popsie and Grandma Queenie (Popsie has been in and out the hospital and nursing home), so we were happy to get to visit one night when they were both home.  Ben thought these cars were pretty cool.  Unfortunately, Popsie had to go back to the hospital the next day...we just keep praying!

 

A few days ago, we received a card in the mail with this CD.  It was from James Coffey (Ben's favorite singer).  He sings the songs on the John Deere movies.  Our neighbor is good friends of the Coffey's and passed along Ben's name to them.  Ben was so excited to get a personal note from James, thanking him for being one of his #1 fans!  Needless to say, we've been listening to this CD non-stop!  All I can say is that James Coffey is one great guy!!!
