Welcome to the world, sweet baby!

A few weeks ago, I was able to host a shower for a dear friend of ours that recently adopted a baby boy.  We had been waiting for the day to come when we would hear the wonderful news that they had been chosen for a baby.  When it happened, we were just thrilled!  He is the most precious little boy and so incredibly sweet.  It was fun to invite friends over and celebrate the new mommy!

Merry Christmas??? Say What???

It's our annual Christmas post, which should have been in January, but it's now February, lol!  Grandma Queenie likes to wait until after the holidays, so that we can all be together and not have to try to fit in family time in all the hustle and bustle of the Christmas season.  So, a couple of weeks ago, we all got together at the Queen's house and enjoyed a great brunch, lots of presents for the kiddos, and plenty of laughs!

Popsie (Andy's Grandpa) made each person in the family a boot (their stocking). Unfortunately, Popsie passed away before he could get Kyran's boot made.  Thankfully, Uncle Ed took the templates and made Kyran his very own boot.  Grandma Queenie painted it and it looks beautiful.

Kyran thought it was a boot to wear, lol!
