State Tractor Contest

Yesterday, we headed to the Indiana State Fair to see my nephew compete in the state tractor contest!  He did so well!  He was the second to last driver of the competition, so he waited patiently for hours until hit was his turn.  He had a great time, 1 minute, 50 seconds and he got a PERFECT score on his written test!  Overall, he placed 12th!  We are so proud of him and were so happy we could be there to see him in action!  Great job Evan!!!

After having such a great day, we were so saddened to hear later that evening of the stage accident during the Sugarland concert!  It was such a tragedy!  We were thankful for our friends that were there, and that they were not hurt, and we're praying for the families of the injured and of those killed...what a tragic day for Indiana...
